Delete your account

In the app (instant)

Open Boxpick, go to the Account tab, and tap Delete Account. After you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately: your profile, your boards, your squares, and your activity. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email boxpick@appsthathelp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we'll confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: profile and sign-in identifiers, email address, boards you host, squares and claims, payment tracking records, and activity history. Boards you host are removed for their players as well.

Guests

If you only ever joined boards from a shared link, you have no account with us. Your display name on a board is removed when that board's host deletes the board or their account.
