Refund Policy

Free to use

Joining boards and claiming squares is free, and hosting one active board is free. There is nothing to refund unless you purchased Boxpick Pro.

Boxpick Pro purchases

Boxpick Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, and all billing is handled by those stores. All sales are final on our side, but both stores offer their own refund process. On iPhone: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund. Apple makes the final decision on App Store refunds.

On Android: open the Google Play refund page at support.google.com/googleplay and follow Request a refund, or email us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll point you to the right form. Google makes the final decision on Play refunds.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings (iPhone) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
